Thanks! This menu will fit almost any fiction novel. There are clear instructions and a cute little picture to add interest.
This is a great way to keep the students interested in the books they are reading. Not only is it not a traditional book report, but it allows for creativity and helps the students answer higher level thinking questions. The most beneficially idea in this assignment is the book report appearing as a restaurant menu; however when I use this idea in my classroom I am going to actually make it look like a menu using Microsoft Publisher.
