This lesson plan is very helpful. It addresses an issue that is very important as we turn students loose on the internet and tell them to gather information. The lesson plan had many of the steps that make up a good learning experiences for students. It involved pre-assessment and correction of misconceptions allowing the students to connect to previous knowledge and build on that as well as clearing up their misconceptions. It then brought out the concepts of copyright in logical order, then allowed them to experience the internet and appropriate use of images and information found their. I liked the editing in Wikipedia and adding images to the poems.
