I personally really like when people use text in videos and define key words. I liked this video very much and you addressed many different angles about blogs in education!
This video was very informational. This is a really easy tool to use in the classroom and it allows students to interact very easily. It could have been improved if you talked about other devices you could blog on (not just a laptop).
I thought your video had a lot of detailed information, and you clearly stated the benefits of using blogging in the classroom and how easy it can be for teachers to use it, I just would have liked a video of you guys creating a blog . I liked all the information on the slides as I could see so many different uses.
Your video really provided a ton of helpful information about blogging. It was very informative and you provided ample time for the viewer to read all of the points for him/herself. i would have liked to see some actual video, though. Being shown how to use a blog site or how to post a blog would have been great additions to this video!
Your presentation was extremely informative and very in-depth. I also like how you gave people the ability to follow along with the voice-overs. However, the video could have been slightly more engaging if you had integrated multiple forms of media, rather than simply including the narrated slides. Extremely informative though, good job.
You guys did a great job explaining blogging in education! Your slides were super informative and answered I think every possible question. The clarity of your presentation in excellent! If you were to edit it, you might think about adding soft background music and changing the format to have more slides with less content on each to make following allowing a little easier and more engaging for viewers. Great job!
This presentation was extremely informative. I really liked how clear all the information was stated and how thorough the explanations were. There were a few long silences and the video was kind of slow paced causing students to lose attention. Great Video overall!
I thought that this video was good and provided a lot of important information on blogging. I think that you did a great job on giving information on what a blog is and how it can be used in a classroom setting. I think this video could have been improved by adding visuals and less text on each slide. Great job!
This video was very informative. Maggie and Taylor did a great job of answering all of the questions and describing blogging. However, their video could have been enhanced by adding more pictures and not having as much text in their video. Also, adding some more music and effects could have been more interesting. However, they did a great job of explaining their topic.
This video was very informative, like others stated. The examples and details really helped one understand what a blog is. I did like the fact that the text was on the screen, however it would have nice to show some examples of blogs to add to the presentation. Also, there were a few seconds of silence between scenes that made it a little awkward. Other than that, good job!
I really liked your choice in the topic, and I felt like you made a great argument for how it can be useful in a classroom setting. It was organized and very informative. My only suggestions would be to use more animation, and more variety in the way that you present your information.
I agree with everyone else that your presentation was very thorough and informative. Your voice over allowed people to have enough time to read each slide and I thought you pointed out a lot of ways blogs can be used in the classroom setting. Some things I would have done differently would have been to use some graphics to show how to make a blog (or just sample blogs in general), some pictures/music, and not have paused as long between slides when you were done reading them.
Overall, I though that your presentation was very good, but like Kathryn said, I felt like showing how to set up a blog would have been good. The project was still very informative and I liked content you put together. I thought that you also could have put some downsides of blogging which may be cyber bullying.
The video was informative and following along on the powerpoint was helpful. Showing how to set up a blog and ways to even personalize one might have been nice to see.
Your video was extremely informative and helpful to anyone wanting to learn about blogging and using blogs in the classroom. The only thing that I would change would be to possibly add in an example of showing how easy it is to create a blog on WordPress or leave feedback etc like some of the topics that you discussed. Showing the process would have been more visually appealing but other than that it was great!
