I really enjoyed the screencasting you did; it was clear and information. I also loved the video you include about the timeline; it was very well put together.
The sound quality was rather poor for the speaking portions and I thought you could have improved that by working in a quieter room or recording your voices separately from the video. I also thought you could have added a few more graphics or movement in your slides to make the video more engaging.
I really liked screencasting prezi and it flowed nicely. The audio and video were fuzzy and I couldn't quite understand everything. I wish there was more about how Facebook can help the classroom learning.
I thought that the screen casting was on point and everything flowed well. I also liked how you allowed the audience to see the words you were saying by using Prezi. The only improvements I can suggest would be clarity in the audio and possibly light music to take away from the background noise.
You guys did a great job with the screen casting! The directions throughout the video made it easy to follow and learn more about Facebook and all it has to offer. The extra information given at the end of the video was very useful and helped sum up the entire presentation.
On the other hand, the audio in the video was fuzzy and it was difficult to hear the speaker most of the time.
I think the screen cast was a very good idea because it showed exactly how to use the website and was easy to follow. I also like the video you incorporated because it lets people see how facebook has impacted everyone.
However, the audio was not very good. There was an echo and it was too loud when Megan spoke. You could also have elaborated on facebook in the classroom.
I liked the flow of the Prezi presentation throughout your video. I also liked the video that you used to show Timeline within your video! I would have liked to see the white noise at the beginning eliminated; also, the second voice recording was poor quality and could use some work. Overall, good job!
I thought Prezi was a great way to start your presentation. It was a nice introduction before you actually started showing how to use Facebook. You also covered a lot of different things you could do on Facebook, including Facebook Mobile, which was good.
As some classmates said before me, the sound quality really wasn't good. This probably could have been improved by recording in a room with less echo, or maybe a different microphone. I also think you could have expanded on how Facebook could be useful in a classroom by showing an example on the screencast.
Using prezi was a creative way to do the video; I really like it for presentations, and it didn't make me dizzy. It's good that you used Facebook in all the ways people regularly use it for, showing why it's what anyone needs to know.
The sound could be improved by eliminating the background noise and speaking a little clearer.
Maybe use less words for the presentation though, use bullet points and speak more instead.
I also liked how you guys used a prezi presentation along with your screen cast to show the information you were talking about. Although this was helpful, I think that the quality of your video could have been very much improved. Your screen cast often lagged and you had awkward silences that caused a lack of interest. Also, as you can hear your voices were very scratchy and there was interference noise in the background.
I LOVED the fact that you used Prezi because it kept everything in perspective and was something I wouldn't have considered using for a video project. I also enjoyed the description of the basic functions of Facebook - make everything less confusing. Unfortunately, there was distracting static through out the video, so I think that is an area where it can be improved. Due to that, It was also hard for me to make out certain words.
I think they did a great job with the screen cast. It was really fluent and easy to follow along with. I also liked how they talked about the influence of facebook on society such as buying, reading, and even music. I think the sound made it difficult to listen to and the Youtbube video at the end was a little hazy but overall a cool video!
I liked how the presentation flowed and how good of a job you did with screen casting,
that was a big pointer. The presentation was very informative.
the only thing was that the sound of the presentation was very fuzzy and hard to hear at times. but overall good job ladies
I liked how you used Prezi in the video and I think you did a great job of explaining how to use facebook. However, there was a lot of awkward silences throughout the video that made me lose interest. Also, it was hard to hear understand some of the presentation because the voice had a lot of static and echoed.
This was a decent video, the format and outlook was neat. The way you presented the message was clear and easy to follow. It was nice to incorporate it into teaching and how Facebook can benefit students.
Some things that could have been better was that the sound quality was just not clear enough and Facebook is such a widely known website that it was difficult to teach something that the audience didn't already know. It could have been neat to cover privacy issues and apps in Facebook that people don't really know about.
I liked how you used prezi thoughout the video. It helped me follow along with each point you were making. I also think you did a good job about showing how to do the basic functions. For improvements, there was a background noise and static which was distracting. Also I would have maybe shown a screen shot about how you can used it in the classroom.
I liked how you included a prezi presentation, and a screencast that further explained the bullet points. This was a good way to address visual learners who sometimes need to see words and sentences to truly grasp what a speaker is saying. I also liked how you included a very detailed description of how to use facebook and navigate the site. As far as improvements, the sound obviously could use some work because it was loud and hard to make out the words. Additionally, I think the Teaching/Learning section could have used some work and you could have used examples and a screencast with ways you have used it in the past. Additionally, it would have been cool if you mentioned how facebook has literally changed the marketing world and how it is used by non-profits and organizations to connect people to one another and issues going on in the world.
I thought it was awesome that you used prezi inside of a video presentation. I though the overall description of facebook was very accurate and informative. The video could be improved by removing some background noise, and improving the video's clarity.
I like how the screencasting is smooth throughout the video. You all also did an extremely good job of explaining how Facebook was and the ins and outs of what is commonly used.
I wish the sound quality was better because it makes the video difficult to follow. I also wish you incorporated some kind of music of tones into the empty spaces of voice overs.
Your video was very easy to follow and explained Facebook clearly for those that aren't familiar with it. I also like how you included a Prezi presentation to highlight important parts. The background music was a nice touch. For suggestions, I would work on the sound quality. I had to fast-forward through that part because it hurt my ears. I would also have liked to see something about Facebook that I don't know, like apps or other lesser known aspects.
i liked the scrapbook aspect you pointed out on facebook and also your why it mattered it teaching was explained very well. the only improvement would be on the voice recording which sounded static and fuzzy. i made it hard to listen for those parts.
