This mini-lesson introduces and explains the basic concepts for constructions of geometric figures. Here you'll learn to perform basic geometric constructions using a ruler and compass, describing and justifying the procedures used. The explanations, example exercises with solution would provide additional help to carry out various constructions. The important geometric construction shown about are an angle, circle, arcs, copy a line segment, bisect a given angle and a line segment, construct parallel & perpendicular lines, an equilateral triangle (given one side), an equilateral triangle inscribed in a given circle, other polygons etc.
