Andrea Levy's Lesson Plan #2This lesson is meant to educate students about the 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights. Students will be introduced to the topic by watching a short video explaining what the Bill of Rights is and why the founders thought it was necessary to create one. They will then see the actual amendments and will participate in a lesson explaining the meaning of each amendment. Lastly, the students will create their own notecards for each amendment to ensure that they understand the meaning of each.

Overall this lesson was very simple and straight to the point to make the lesson very simple and easy to understand. By allowing the students to create their own flashcards online it makes them take the information they have been learning and decipher it on their own. This will ensure that they are actually engaging in the lesson. I would add more hands on things with this lesson such as allowing them to create their own bill of rights and present it to the class by using technology.
