This excellent ten part resource offers many lessons and activities for teaching Romeo and Juliet. A Schmoop – open source study guide – offers an overview of the play and study questions. Project Gutenberg provides an etext of the play. A templated, scaffolded version of a 5 paragraph essay is provided to guide students in the structure and format of a literary analysis paper. An excellent, detailed, technology embedded lesson on ambiguity that comes from conflicted loyalties to friends, family, lovers, self is also provided.
