The University of North Carolina School of Medicine offers a Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication-Handicapped Children (TEACCH) Autism Program with excellent training. There is a TEACCH Five-day Classroom Training course which provides a theoretical basis and hands-on opportunities to evaluate and teach children, with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in a model classroom environment.
