Back when your parents were in school, they might have memorized the names of the planets in the solar system (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) using a phrase (known as a "mnemonic device") such as "My Very Excellent Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas.", But now that Pluto has been demoted to a dwarf planet, what happens to the pizzas? Maybe she could serve noodles instead? Noodles don't sound as good as nine pizzas, though. Bummer!, Poor Pluto. Put on your space suit and join us as we examine the sad tale of this once proud and now demoted dwarf planet.
