Wow! I was totally blown away by this video from the moment I pressed play. The intro is fantastic! I seriously thought this could be an ad for itunes U. I also loved how you used an actual song previously used in an apple commercial because it really gave it that "apple/hip" feel. I enjoyed how you showed an example of a lecture and how to navigate the site. My only recommendation would be to lower the classical music because it was a bit hard to hear the person speaking over it. Also, the classical music itself was a bit too slow in my opinion. It made the video a bit boring towards the end rather than ending with the big bang that you started it with. Otherwise...great job!
I really enjoyed the intro because it immediately drew me into the video. I also like how the music in the background is not louder than the voice-overs. One issue I had were the transitioning from narrators. I say this because it slowed the video down because it did not seem as upbeat. The only other thing I would change about this video is when you shows examples I would have liked to hear the voices in the videos. However, this video was tastefully done and it kept me interested.
This was a very good video! The graphics were interesting, and the pace of the video wasn't too slow. The speaker's voice was very clear and articulate. Also the background audio was at a very good volume level. For improvements it would be nice if the screen casting used a highlighter on the mouse so that it is easier to keep an eye on. The screen cast of how to use itunes u could use a few minor improvements. Apart from that great video!
Great introduction! It was catchy and very creative. I also liked how professional your video was. The speaking was clear and easy to understand. For improvements, at times whoever was talking spoke very slow. It kind of dragged the video out. Also, the Stanford example was a little long that my attention strayed at the end. Overall I really like the quality and content of your video.
I really liked the introduction of your video. It made me very interested and I wanted to keep watching it. I also thought your video was very high quality and professional. I thought the how to use part was a little long. Also the music in the middle was a little slow. But I think you both did a great job!
This is a great video and looked professional. The music in the background was good and the transitions in video were smooth. I wish there had been more energy in video and was constantly throughout.
The introduction was engaging and made me want to watch the video further. I also liked the quality of the video (with the pictures as well as the clarity in your voices). Although your voices were clear, I feel that there could have been more enthusiasm in some parts of the video. In addition, there was a point where no one was talking and music was playing, so I was slightly confused from that. Other then that, the video was great!
Whoever was speaking, I loved the voice! It was so calm, clear, and very engaging. I loved the introduction! The graphics were really well done and the music did not overpower the speaker's voice. But, the second one was definitely a little too loud and dramatic, as the other responses say. I honestly have never heard of ItunesU and thought this video was very instructional and helpful.
I really loved this video. The beginning was great and catching, the transitions were catchy and well transitioned, the voice was slow and perfect. The picture and audio qualtiy was really good. You did a great job. However, I think the song choice could have been different; I liked the first song, but not the second.
Wow, I am really impressed with this video and you all demonstrated great proficiency with iMovie. I feel that the subject matter itself, can sell on its own with little emphasis because of how remarkable iTunes U is. I loved the statistics and examples you gave and how your pictures are relatable and high quality. I also enjoyed the pace of the tutorial and both of you had a good tone.
Like everyone else, I felt that the background music was a bit distracting and it should have been turned down a little bit. I also felt that you could have went over the navigation aspect of iTunes U a little more because the wealth of information does get overwhelming after a while.
GREAT VIDEO ! I loved the intro it made me want to watch the whole video. The transitions were great and I loved the music that played in the background. However, I would choose more of instrumental than the words in the music which could sometimes be distracting. I also enjoyed that you talked about something that is so easy for us to access but not spoken about frequently.
The intro to your video was very epic, made it seem like this is the most important development ever (I liked it)! I also really like the tagline of "iTunes U: Learning Without Limits" which you said you made up! Also, the first voice has great quality and inflection. To work on is the wording of your navigation like using "at the top of the page" rather than "come to the top of the page." Also, some portions of the video were much slower and could use a bit faster pace. Overall, great quality and great job!
I liked the introduction because it caught my attention and I liked how your voice was very clear.
I like the next song you used, so much that the lyrics were distracting me while you were speaking. Maybe next time show how UF has resources on iTunes so it's more applicable to us, even though the Stanford clips you used were great.
This video is of great quality and organization! It can be seen that your effort for this was thorough and thought out. I don't mind music, but I think the part of the song selection was too "mellow" compared to the intro, almost disengaging at one point. The video overall started exciting, but ended in a mild manner.
This video is extremely well made! I really loved the intro it was kind of reminded me of disney and magic. The transitions were seemless. I thought it was a little distracting to have music playing through the narration. I thought one of the narrators sounded really excited to talk about the product where it was a little bit harder to discern enthusiasm with the second narrator. Really great video!!
i really like this video! The images and the transitions were awesome. However, I would suggest to have the music as low as possible while narrating and probably keeping the same excitement in the tone of voice. Other than that, I think you guys did pretty awesome.
The video was thus far my fav. I liked how the video flowed and the information presented was right on topic. I would have to agree with Esther to have the music low as possible with the narration but other then that, you ladies did an awesome job!
