Charles E. Johnson
He is the former co-president of Franklin Resources, Inc. (“Franklin Templeton Investments”; NYSE: “BEN”), one of the largest publicly traded money management firms in the world. Mr. Johnson’s responsibilities included global oversight of all portfolio management, information technology, product development, mergers and acquisitions and non-U.S. business.
