If you have forgotten either your member login or your password, don’t worry! First, check that you have entered your member login exactly as it appeared when you created it. This field is case-sensitive, so if you created your profile with the member login "MYLogin", typing in "mylogin" will not work.
If correcting case-sensitivity does not work, simply click the “Forgot Login” link underneath the login section of the home page.
On the next screen, you will see a short form to help you recover either your member login or your password.
Enter your email address, select whether you want your login name or your password, then click "Submit." The next step will depend on which information you requested.
Member Login If you requested your member login, you will receive an email that contains your username, which you can use to return to the site and log in.
Password
If you requested your password, you will receive an email that contains a link to a secure page. Click on the link (or copy/paste it into your browser), then enter your new password two times and click the "Go" button.
