The Table of Contents (TOC) is a navigational element that is only available when viewing a resource. Once you have selected a resource, the page will load to display the TOC on the left-hand side of your screen just under the Global Left Nav.

The TOC will show you which resource you are currently viewing by highlighting the resource title in yellow. Other resource titles within the same collection will be available for your reference, and clicking on the title will reload the page to view the new resource.
Each title displays the media type icon of the resource on the left, and hovering your mouse over the title will give you additional information about the resource. Click on the arrow to expand or collapse folders to view the contents within. After you open several levels of resources, you may need to use the horizontal scroll bar to navigate through larger collections.
