Using your teachers, librarians, and coaches as your mentors provides a sustainable professional development program.
Coaching provides teachers an ongoing program that helps them reach their goals for effectively using technology in the classroom and improving their teaching practice. This is a handout that complemented a speech I made for the CLMS/CLHS conference in 2004 but it is still applicable today.
