Curriki Trademark License and Policy

1. Grant of License.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Curriki grants to you and you accept a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, world-wide license to use the “Powered by Curriki™” trademark (the “Licensed Mark”), solely in connection with the use of Contributions obtained from the Curriki Site.
2. Samples and Quality Control.
The nature and quality of the products offered and services rendered by you in connection with the Licensed Mark must conform to the level of quality historically associated with Curriki, and must conform to any additional specific standards set by Curriki from time to time. Curriki shall have the right to monitor the quality of the products and services you provide, and you shall assist Curriki in monitoring quality by providing to Curriki samples of products upon Curriki’s request. Curriki may make other reasonable requests in monitoring the quality of the products provided by you in connection with the Licensed Mark.
You should not use the Licensed Mark in a way that creates confusion as to the ownership of the mark or the source of the Contribution. You should not take any action that adversely impacts Curriki's reputation. You agree to use the Licensed Mark at all times in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Extent of License.
Nothing contained in this License and Policy gives you any right, title, or interest in and to the Licensed Mark other than the right to use the Licensed Mark in accordance with the license above. You agree not register or attempt to register the Licensed Mark in any jurisdiction and will not oppose Curriki’s registration or use of its Curriki trademarks, alone or with other words or designs, in any jurisdiction. All goodwill generated through use of the Licensed Mark inures to the benefit of Curriki.
You may not use trademarks of Curriki other than the Licensed Mark subject to this License and Policy. You never should use Curriki logos or stylizations of Curriki word marks unless you have an explicit license agreement with Curriki that gives you permission to do so and that allows for Curriki to have access to and to approve of such use of the logos and stylizations. You should never use any Curriki trademark in any way that is not fair use unless you have an explicit license agreement with Curriki that gives you permission to do so and that allows for Curriki to have access to and to approve of such use of the trademark. You never should in any way state or imply that Curriki produces, endorses, or supports your company, products, or services unless you have explicit written permission to do so. All goodwill generated through use of the Curriki trademarks inures to the benefit of Curriki.
4. Representations and Warranties.
The Licensed Mark is provided to you on an “as is” basis. Curriki disclaims all express and implied warranties regarding the Licensed Mark, including warranties of non-infringement and fitness for any particular purpose.
