Some Things to note:

• Please make sure you use head phone/headset with an isolated microphone to eliminate background noise and echoes from the group experience (The moderator can turn off any participant who is generating too much noise.)
• The first time you connect using Elluminate, arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to download the latest version of the software and make sure that your microphone and headset are working. To check your audio setup and volume settings, go to the Tools menu and select Audio|Audio Setup Wizard.
• This is a Java Web Start applet that will open in a new window. It may take a while to load the first time, and requires that a Java JVM be installed. It should work on any Java-capable connected machine running Linux, Mac, Windows, Solaris, and other operating systems.
• We will also provide a dial-in number for those who cannot get the Elluminate software working, don't have an Internet connection or don't have access to a computer. This will allow you to participate in the conference by telephone.
• When you click on the link below, a window will pop-up asking for you to enter your screen name. Do so and select enter, and then another application window will open. Just close this application window when you want to exit the work space.
