This collection consists of a complete text that was compiled in June of 2009, as well as a collection of updated source files that are continuously being updated and improved by Curriki members. Originally prepared from resources contributed by teachers and partner educational organizations on Curriki, the community counts on science teachers like you to make these open source books the best they can be.

This collection was inspired in part by California's pioneering experiment with free high school digital textbooks. Curriki has submitted two science books -- Chemistry and Earth Science.
