The goal of this worksheet is to help employees evaluate their interactions with their customers and improve their skills in customer service. An example of what you should write would be: "Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to shop at our store today. It means the world to us." Or "We owe your success to you, Thank You, for coming in today."
