This EDSITEment-reviewed Web site, from Moravian College and the Bethlehem Area Public Library, provides online access to digitized primary source materials, transcriptions, translations and contextual information relating to the early history of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, a Moravian community founded in 1741. The site encourages both broad and specialized exploration of local, regional and national history. Many of the source materials on this site are in German script, with most being accompanied by English translations.
