Description:

In this design challenge activity, learners add a jet-propulsion system (i.e. a balloon) to a blimp so it flies straight and far under its own power. This lesson guide includes links to video clips that introduce Newton's Laws and tips for implementation. The activity is a fun, hands-on way for learners to get a taste for the design process.
