An object moving in circular motion with constant speed is described by the following equations: x(t) = Acos(wt+f) y(t) = Asin(wt+f) where A is the radius of the of the circle. These are the same equations that describe an object oscillating on an ideal spring with amplitude A about the equilibrium position.
