Description:

This website contains basic information about Galaxy Clusters and their properties. Includes a brief explanation on how to apply the Virial Theorem to calculate a Cluster's Mass, and how the Theory of Dark Matter derives from a discrepancy between the Dynamical Mass of the Cluster and its Calculated Mass. There also is an applet that allows the user to become more familiar with properties like Velocity Dispersion, Functional Luminosity, etc.
