In this activity, students learn how to predict the number of possible combinations when they choose from a selection of wigs and glasses to disguise three Cyberteam members. To disguise the first team member, students choose from three wigs with beards and two pairs of glasses. By dragging and clicking, students create six possible disguises. For the second and third Cyberteam members, the number of choices increases, as does the number of possible disguises. As they create disguises for each member, students observe that multiplying the number of wigs by the number of glasses gives them the total number of combinations.
