For the final presentation it should show why we celebrate our Earth and it's natural resources! The presentation should be done in PowerPoint. The presentation explaining of this special day to celebrate a person, Earth Day is a special day that celebrates the Earth. The PowerPoint should include activities that we can do to help the Earth and it’s natural resources. The presentation needs to relevant to Earth Day. The group questions need to be incorporated into presentation one slide per question. There needs to be a title page that includes all group members’ names. There also needs to be a reference page at the end of the presentation. The font and sizes and colors should be easily seen on an overhead projector. The text needs to be spelled checked as well as grammar checked. Slides should not be overcrowded. Images and videos should be used to emphasis ideas. The presentation needs to be a minimum of 7 minutes long and each group member needs to speak.

This resource is a lesson plan on the Holocaust that provides the structure for students to imagine what it would be like to be a child during the time period. Students first read about the experiences of real children, and are then given an assignment in which they create a fictional biography to demonstrate what they have learned. The overall lesson is beneficial, however, the resource is missing some key elements and has a few errors. The rubric is incomplete and guided worksheets should be created to help students through both the research and writing portion of the lesson. In addition, the links provided do not work and it is suggested that teachers refer their students to the US Holocaust Museum as an alternate online site.
