Description:

These activities involve ecoregions and ecosystem management, change in forest ecosystems, human impact on natural environments, water-use decisions, archaeological site protection, wildlife populations and carrying capacity, ecotones, resource consumption, and solving an ecological mystery. Activities are grouped for grades K-3, 4-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Each activity guide lists objectives, skills, vocabulary, and materials. There is also an ecosystem glossary.
