This interactive Java learning tool, which was constructed using the cross-platform open educational resource GeoGebra, allows a teacher to demonstrate and explore the relationship between the expressions a(n) and a^n with students. Sliders can change the whole number values of a from one to four and n from one to six. Shows a visual model when n is less than 4.
