This exercise is based on clips from the movie "Spaceballs". After watching the clip, students calculate the amount of a air a vacuum bag can hold (based on the volume of air in the atmosphere of a given planet). Necessary equations are provided; answers are also given. Suggestions as to other ways the information could be used are given; but not developed. The lesson would most likely engages students; however, the video clips may not be appropriate for all audiences.
