Description:

In this three lesson series, students create bar graphs, discuss probability in order to make predictions, and create and analyze line plots for mean, median, range, and mode. All three lesson plans build upon one another and are based on the story "Probably Pistachio" by Stuart J. Murphy. This series includes three lesson plans, sixteen student resource sheets, and eleven teacher resource sheets.
