Reviewer Comments:

This resource is a prompt and a rubric for a writing project for 7th graders. Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote, "You must do the thing you think you cannot do" is the basis for the assignment. Students are asked to write a two page narrative about something they think they cannot do. The rubric guides students in reading/research, development, and organization.
