As this is only meant to 'introduce' pre-service and in-service teachers to OER, we'll only briefly cover: 1. the history and evolution of this movement; 2. its context in relation to current models of education; 3. foundational knowledge; and 4. the distinctions between Web 1.0 vs. Web 2.0
