Turner Creek staff  participated in a year-long Conscious Discipline Social-Emotional Learning program. Conscious Discipline Brain state model empowers teachers to see conflict as an opportunity rather than a disruption, and misbehavior as a call for help rather than disrespect. We participated in the seven skills of discipline, seven powers of self-regulation, and gain the understanding we need to change our perception of conflict and create a School Family.
