This resource is a link to a list of games for teaching Civics. The games are either free or low-cost and include such titles as Budget Hero, Peacemaker, and Branches of Power. Many of them are engaging and would add to student understanding of the relevant topics. It would be helpful to have a summary of each game that could highlight the topics and include suggestions as to how the games could be effectively integrated into the curriculum.

This site provides a list of learning games, some better than others. The iCivics series and Capitalism II, for example, are excellent interactive learning resources for middle and high school students; however, others are not as strong. Overall, I would recommend this to people searching for economics, business, or legal interactive games, but after previewing the resource before classroom use.
