Description:

In this activity, learners map their world by drawing a plan of their bedroom. Use this activity to introduce learners to the work of archaeologists and how they create maps to better understand a dig site. Extension activities include making a map of a larger space (like an entire house, or their neighborhood) and making a map to scale.
