This podcast is part of the Meet Me at the Corner series. It is a virtual field trip to the Swedish Puppet Theatre in Central Park, NYC, where the host, a young girl, interviews a puppeteer. The puppeteer explains his art. He explains how he became involved in his craft and how others can become puppeteers. He talks about the history and different styles of puppeteering. He also demonstrates how to work a puppet and how puppets are made. This interesting video is well produced, highly informational and introduces us to the world of puppetry in NYC.
