Reviewer Comments:

This resource is a fun and educational strategy for engaging students in the study of US History. Students take on the role of a 14 year-old living in Boston in the 1770s and are confronted with a variety of tasks that are connected to the history of the time period. Accompanying the game is a pdf file that includes an overview of the mission along with suggestions for how to provide background and incorporate the game into the curriculum. A valuable supplement to support student learning and understanding of the Revolutionary Era. It should be noted that while free, registration is required to play the game.
