Description:

In this activity, students use adjustable clock faces to convert numbers from base ten to a different base. This activity allows students to explore different bases besides base ten and the idea of place value. This activity includes supplemental materials, including background information about the topics covered, a description of how to use the application, and exploration questions for use with the java applet.
