In this calculator activity students complete an experiment on the frequency of sums by rolling two dice fifty times and recording their data. Students record their data in a table using tallies, fractions, decimals, and percent form. Individual data is then compiled into a class chart to identify patterns in data when more trials are conducted. This activity is designed to be completed using the TI-15 Explorer calculator. A PDF of the lesson plan and student sheet is included.
