Description:

This case study, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine's Department of Pathology, presents information about a 73-year-old male patient. According to the patient's history, he has a "history of invasive papillary transitional cell carcinoma with excessive muscular invasion and angiolymphatic invasion." Both gross and microscopic images of the prostate, bladder, pelvic lymph nodes, and the right and left pelvic ureter are provided in this case.
