Reviewer Comments:

The CRS could not describe this unit better than its own description. This comprehensive unit guides teachers and students to “learn to create a podcast, insert appropriate sounds and background music, and learn about copyright laws as well. All software used is free, and can be downloaded for home use.” Podcasting is appropriate for a variety of grade levels, highly engaging and a nice alternate form of assessment that can be used in any curriculum. This particular unit has all the instructions, tips and hints a teacher needs to get started. Assessments and student examples are also included.

This is a beautifully executed collection with outstanding content. Thanks so much for taking the time to share it, Judy! Well done!

I've just added it into a few collections in the Hot Topics in Ed Tech group at http://edtech.groups.curriki.org so others interested in technology integration can find it readily.

Wow! This unit is excellent! I will share this with my co-workers who think making a podcast is "too involved." You really broke the process down into manageable steps. And I love the inclusion of student examples. Thanks for contributing this!
