Reviewer Comments:

This animation/simulation using allows students to compete against the computer in a game of Battleship. When hitting the computers ship, the student needs to correctly solve a Pythagorean Theorem problem for the hit to register. The directions provided are minimal; however students are likely to quickly catch on. There are multiple levels of play.

This is a fun way to disguise otherwise normal practice problems by putting them into a real competition situation in which you want to get them right. The game is also easy to play, and unlike real battleship, you don't have to wait more than a split-second for the other person (the computer) to play! And with 3 levels of difficulty, beginners to math-whizzes will be tested.
