Reviewer Comments:

This resource is a blank template with a “box for drawing illustrations and dotted lines for writing.” There 3 lines where students could write text, each with a dotted middle line. There is a cloud above each dotted line and a flower below, designed to “guide the students to make their letters go from the ‘ground to the sky’," although not every primary handwriting system would support this approach. The template could be photocopied and given to primary aged students for them to draw and write in a uniform space.

I like the cloud and flower symbols next to writing lines. Sometimes when children learn to write, they need extra guidance to help them make their letters a uniform size. However, I think incorporating technology into the illustration portion of the lesson would benefit the students because they would not only learn how to write a story, but also to use basic image creation software to make their story come to life.
