Reviewer Comments:

This resource is an external link to a version of the “How to be a Millionaire” TV game show. Students are asked to figure out the meaning of an unknown word based on clues in the sentence provided. The sentences are clear and contain good contextual clues for the student. In fifteen steps, the “electronic scoreboard” begins with $200 and ends at $1,000,000.000. Students play against themselves, can use three “hints,” each of which eliminates an answer, and can build vocabulary and develop their skills in using contextual clues.
