The University of Wisconsin has had a program in real estate for decades, and many of their faculty members have conducted important research in the field both within Wisconsin and across the country. This digital collection from the University of Wisconsin Digital Collections group brings together the research, teaching materials, and commercial work of noted professors from the program. The core texts here include feasibility studies and planning documents from the late Professor James Graaskamp. In this section visitors can review the complete development plans from around the state of Wisconsin, with a special focus on properties in and around Madison. Visitors can also browse the collection by title, as well as perform detailed searches.
