Description:

This resource is a multimedia teachers' lab on properties of light. Explicit directions enable teachers to participate independently, without a formal workshop leader. Users will explore the fundamentals of light in color, colored shadows, mixing color, and some fundamental principles of light. After completion of the lab, teachers will have the background knowledge and expertise to set up the same or similar activities for use in the middle school classroom. This resource is part of the Annenberg Media Teachers' Lab project, developed to enhance learning through a multimedia instructional approach.
