This webpage contains resources that were developed from the First in Math Consortium a subset of The Silicon Valley Mathematics Initiative which was chosen to work deeper and more systemically in changing learning experiences for students with the ultimate goal of improving students access to and success in higher mathematics. Their theory of action describes the way administrators should work systematically with all district employed stakeholders to improve the math education of students. Their are videos of principals discussing the effect this theory of action has on thier interaction with teachers and other faculty members.
