Description:

Winnie Wong is a master of guzheng, a traditional Chinese stringed instrument that is a bit like a zither. This is the third of five short videos in which Wong plays the guzheng and tells about its structure, its history, and its cultural background. She also talks about her own feelings about and connection to the music and to her teacher, who has been a major influence in her life. Her artistic goal is to emulate her teacher and become one with the music.
