Reviewer Comments:

This resource is a science WebQuest for grades 3-5. A colorful cartoon crab leads students on their quest to learn about different sea creatures from Australia – the Hammerhead Shark, the Orca Whale, the Giant Squid, the Bull Ray, the Clown fish and the Reef Crab. Students are sorted into groups and given specific tasks to learn where their animals live, what they eat and a fun and exciting fact about the animals, culminating in creating masks and performing in a play explaining their animals and how they relate to other animals. Colorful photos of the animals and links are provided for students to learn more. A rubric, Pennsylvania state standards, and a teacher page of background information are included.

An excellent way of approach. I will surely recommend this to my teachers.
