Description:

This video demonstrates the operation of a boomerang. A boomerang is shaped such that air passing over it will cause it to lift and turn. If thrown correctly, it will return to the thrower. The video is part of a collection of typical lecture demonstration videos put together by the physics department at Wake Forest University.
