This lesson was developed to educate students about health and fitness. It was their job to create a three month schedule for runners, which will help students to understand the importance of persistence when accomplishing a goal along with the importance of keeping your body healthy. They will create this project for three individual YMCA members to help those individual stay healthy and ready for their race, while hopefully to gaining some health tip techniques for themselves. Bodily-Kinesthetic, a multiple intelligence, will be addressed in this project, because students will have to understand how to take care of their clients body and what type of physical movement their individual client can endure. For this project students will have to be able use the cognitive level of applying and creating. They will need to apply the information they have gathered to their individual client to create their individual work-out schedule.
