Reviewer Comments:

This set of videos explains how venture capitalists view the technical task of putting a value on a new company and how the entrepreneur uses the same information to inform his choices. This is an extremely important lesson to fledgling start-up businessmen; it doesn’t fit neatly into any economics course.
